Installation Guide

Difficulty: Easy to Moderate (DIY-friendly) | Estimated time: 30–60 minutes per door. Tools needed: flathead screwdriver, trim removal tool, 10mm socket or ratchet, T20 or T25 Torx bit (for handle bolt — verify on your vehicle).

Remove the inner door panel. Pry off the power window switch panel (if equipped) and disconnect the connector. Remove all visible screws (often behind the door pull, armrest, and along the bottom edge). Use a trim tool to gently pop off the panel from the clips; lift it upward and disconnect the door cable and wiring harnesses. Set the panel aside.

Peel back the vapor barrier. Carefully pull away the plastic moisture barrier (held by adhesive) to access the door handle linkage. Tape it back out of the way if needed.

Disconnect the actuation rods. Using a flathead screwdriver, carefully unclip the two small rods that connect the exterior handle to the latch mechanism. Note their positions for reinstallation.

Remove the old handle. From outside the door, slide the old handle forward or backward (depending on design) to release it from the mounting bracket. On some Siennas, there is a bolt behind the door edge — remove it with a Torx bit before sliding the handle out. Pull the handle away from the door.

Install the new AUXITO handle. Insert it into the door opening, sliding it into the bracket until it clicks or seats flush. Reinstall any retaining bolt (hand-tighten only). Reattach the two actuation rods in their original positions — push each clip until it snaps securely.

Test and reassemble. Operate the handle from outside to confirm smooth opening and latching. Reattach the vapor barrier, reconnect the inner door panel wiring and cable, and press the panel back into place. Secure all screws and test the handle again.

Within 30 Days of Purchase

Please contact our Customer Service team to obtain a Pre-Paid Return Label within 30 days of your purchase. No postage is required for your shipment with this label. A return shipping charge will be deducted from your refund on returns of items that are not the result of a US85.com error.

Upon receiving, your return will be processed within 2-3 business days. You will receive a notification when your return has been processed.

After 30 Days of Purchase

If your purchase date is over 30 days and you are still not satisfied with your purchase, you will need to use your own shipping methods to return the item. US85 does not provide a pre-paid return label for returns over 60 days. We are unable to offer refunds on purchases over 30 days old.

Please allow approximately 2-3 business days for processing. You will receive a notification when your return has been processed.

Refund Process

For your safety, we will issue a refund to the card that was used to pay for your purchase. Normally it takes about 2-3 business days after we receive the package for your return to be processed. If you paid with store credit, that credit will be put back on your US85 account. There is no restocking fee applied to any returned goods.
