Regulator Rectifier Aluminum Fit 2006-2013 Kawasaki Brute Force 650 KVF650
Plug & Play Aluminum Housing 6-Pin Design Overvoltage Protection

Product Overview

The Regulator Rectifier is the brain of your ATV’s charging system. It takes the raw, unstable AC power produced by the stator and converts it into clean, regulated DC power that your battery and electrical components can safely use. Without a properly functioning regulator rectifier, voltage spikes can fry sensitive electronics, drain your battery, or leave you stranded on the trail. This premium replacement unit is purpose-built for 2006–2013 Kawasaki Brute Force 650 KVF650 and a wide range of other Kawasaki and Suzuki models.

Built with a rugged matte-black aluminum housing and heat-dissipating silicone internals, this regulator rectifier delivers consistent performance even under heavy electrical loads. The aluminum body acts as a natural heat sink, pulling heat away from internal components and ensuring long-term reliability. Whether you’re tackling mud, rocks, or long hauls, you can trust this unit to keep your battery topped off and your electrical system protected from harmful surges.

Installation couldn’t be simpler — this is a direct plug-and-play replacement that bolts right in without any programming, splicing, or modification. Just disconnect your old unit, connect the 6-pin harness, and secure the bracket. In under 30 minutes, you’ll have stable voltage delivery, extended battery life, and peace of mind knowing your machine’s electrical system is protected.

Key Features & Benefits

Premium Aluminum Housing — Dissipates heat faster and more evenly than stamped steel, extending the service life of the regulator and protecting your charging system from thermal stress.
Stable DC Voltage Output — Converts erratic AC power into a clean, steady DC current so your battery stays fully charged and sensitive electronics remain safe from voltage spikes.
True Plug-and-Play Fitment — Matches the factory connector and mounting pattern exactly — no wire splicing, no programming, no special tools required.
Overload & Surge Protection — Built-in circuitry guards your battery, ECU, lights, and accessories against damaging overvoltage conditions during high-RPM operation.
Lightweight & Compact Design — Weighs just 242 grams with a low-profile 16 x 11 x 4 cm footprint, making it easy to mount in tight engine bays without adding unnecessary bulk.
OE-Grade Reliability — Direct replacement for multiple OEM part numbers including 21066-0030, 21066-0705, 21066-1127, and 32800-42F00, so you get factory-matched performance at a fraction of the dealer price.

Installation Note
Always verify your existing connector style and mounting bracket orientation before purchase. This unit matches the 6-pin round connector used on the models listed above.

Installation Guide

1
Disconnect the battery — Always start by disconnecting the negative terminal to prevent any accidental shorts while working on the electrical system.
2
Locate the old regulator rectifier — Typically mounted to the frame or radiator shroud near the front of the engine bay. Refer to your service manual if needed.
3
Unplug the 6-pin connector — Gently depress the locking tab and pull the connector straight out. Inspect the pins for corrosion or damage.
4
Remove the mounting bolts — Use a socket or wrench to unbolt the old unit. Save the hardware if it’s in good condition; otherwise use the included bolts.
5
Install the new unit — Position the new regulator rectifier on the mounting bracket, secure with bolts, and reconnect the 6-pin connector until it clicks firmly.
6
Reconnect battery & test — Reattach the negative terminal, start the engine, and verify that voltage at the battery reads between 13.5–14.5V DC at idle.
