Installation Guide

Replacing your Endeavor’s door handle is a straightforward DIY task. Difficulty: Easy. Estimated time: 15–30 minutes per handle. Tools needed: flathead screwdriver (or trim tool), Torx T20 or T25 screwdriver (for access panel), and a small pick or clip tool (optional).

Remove the interior door panel access plug. Gently pry out the small plastic cover behind the door handle (inside the door edge) using a flathead screwdriver. This reveals the screw securing the handle.

Unbolt the old handle. Use a Torx screwdriver to remove the screw(s) holding the handle to the door. On some models, you may need to lower the window slightly to access the outer handle retaining clip.

Disconnect the latch rod. Carefully unhook the metal rod from the handle’s pivot arm. Use a pick or needle-nose pliers if the clip is tight. Note the orientation for reassembly.

Remove the old handle from outside. Slide the old handle out through the exterior opening. It may angle slightly to clear the door skin.

Install the new handle. Insert the new AUXITO handle into the door opening. Clip the latch rod back onto the handle arm. Ensure the rod is fully seated in the retaining clip.

Secure and test. Reinstall the Torx screw and tighten firmly (do not overtighten). Replace the access plug. Test the handle from inside and outside – it should pull smoothly and return to rest without sticking.

Within 30 Days of Purchase

Please contact our Customer Service team to obtain a Pre-Paid Return Label within 30 days of your purchase. No postage is required for your shipment with this label. A return shipping charge will be deducted from your refund on returns of items that are not the result of a US85.com error.

Upon receiving, your return will be processed within 2-3 business days. You will receive a notification when your return has been processed.

After 30 Days of Purchase

If your purchase date is over 30 days and you are still not satisfied with your purchase, you will need to use your own shipping methods to return the item. US85 does not provide a pre-paid return label for returns over 60 days. We are unable to offer refunds on purchases over 30 days old.

Please allow approximately 2-3 business days for processing. You will receive a notification when your return has been processed.

Refund Process

For your safety, we will issue a refund to the card that was used to pay for your purchase. Normally it takes about 2-3 business days after we receive the package for your return to be processed. If you paid with store credit, that credit will be put back on your US85 account. There is no restocking fee applied to any returned goods.
