Vehicle Fitment
This pair of heated washer nozzles fits the following Audi models (8K chassis & related platforms). Always verify your vehicle's year and trim for compatibility.
† Does not fit B8.5 facelift models with the integrated-hood-nozzle design (requires separate verification). Contact us with your VIN for guaranteed fitment.
Installation Instructions
- 1 Open the hood & locate the existing washer nozzles on the trailing edge of the hood (driver and passenger sides). Note the electrical connector and washer hose routing.
- 2 Disconnect the electrical connector by pressing the locking tab and pulling straight apart. Gently pry the washer hose off the barb fitting — have a rag ready for residual fluid.
- 3 Remove the old nozzle by pressing the retaining clip or gently prying up from the hood panel. The nozzle lifts out from above — do not force it sideways.
- 4 Install the new nozzle by pressing it firmly into the hood opening until it clicks into place. Reattach the washer hose onto the barb, then plug in the electrical connector (orientation is reversible).
- 5 Test the spray pattern by activating the washer system. Use your finger or a small flat-blade tool to pivot the nozzle tip until the fluid stream hits the center of each wiper arc. The heater will activate automatically when the ignition is on and ambient temperature drops below approx. +5°C.
- 6 Repeat for the opposite side—then close the hood. Your Audi is now ready for winter driving with reliable, heated washer performance.

Within 30 Days of Purchase
Please contact our Customer Service team to obtain a Pre-Paid Return Label within 30 days of your purchase. No postage is required for your shipment with this label. A return shipping charge will be deducted from your refund on returns of items that are not the result of a US85.com error.
Upon receiving, your return will be processed within 2-3 business days. You will receive a notification when your return has been processed.
After 30 Days of Purchase
If your purchase date is over 30 days and you are still not satisfied with your purchase, you will need to use your own shipping methods to return the item. US85 does not provide a pre-paid return label for returns over 60 days. We are unable to offer refunds on purchases over 30 days old.
Please allow approximately 2-3 business days for processing. You will receive a notification when your return has been processed.
Refund Process
For your safety, we will issue a refund to the card that was used to pay for your purchase. Normally it takes about 2-3 business days after we receive the package for your return to be processed. If you paid with store credit, that credit will be put back on your US85 account. There is no restocking fee applied to any returned goods.
