Recommended Usage Scenarios
How to Use
- 1 Prepare the device & sleeves. Place the pump on a flat, stable surface. Select the appropriate sleeves (arm or leg) and connect them securely to the air outlet ports on the pump unit.
- 2 Put on the sleeves. Wrap the sleeve around your leg or arm and fasten the closure snugly but not too tight. Ensure the air chambers face inward toward the limb for direct compression.
- 3 Power on & select time. Plug in the power adapter (use the included voltage adapter if needed for 110 V outlets). Press the power button to turn on the controller, then choose your desired treatment duration from the 7 available time modes.
- 4 Adjust pressure to comfort. Use the pressure control buttons to set the intensity anywhere from 3 kPa to 30 kPa. Start at a lower level if you are new to compression therapy, and gradually increase as desired.
- 5 Begin the massage cycle. Press the start button to initiate the sequential compression. The airbags will inflate and deflate in a wave-like pattern from the distal to proximal end of the limb. Relax and breathe normally during the session.
- 6 Automatic shut-off & removal. The device will stop automatically when the set time expires. Remove the sleeves gently and store the device in a cool, dry place. Regular use helps maintain consistent therapeutic benefits.

Within 30 Days of Purchase
Please contact our Customer Service team to obtain a Pre-Paid Return Label within 30 days of your purchase. No postage is required for your shipment with this label. A return shipping charge will be deducted from your refund on returns of items that are not the result of a US85.com error.
Upon receiving, your return will be processed within 2-3 business days. You will receive a notification when your return has been processed.
After 30 Days of Purchase
If your purchase date is over 30 days and you are still not satisfied with your purchase, you will need to use your own shipping methods to return the item. US85 does not provide a pre-paid return label for returns over 60 days. We are unable to offer refunds on purchases over 30 days old.
Please allow approximately 2-3 business days for processing. You will receive a notification when your return has been processed.
Refund Process
For your safety, we will issue a refund to the card that was used to pay for your purchase. Normally it takes about 2-3 business days after we receive the package for your return to be processed. If you paid with store credit, that credit will be put back on your US85 account. There is no restocking fee applied to any returned goods.
